It's hard to believe. These are mainly my husbands doing and I couldn't be more proud. This Tuesday accomplishments, besides getting those plants in the earth.
1. Kevin and Seth changed their own car oil. I can't believe he had enough motivation to do it because it nearly took half the day and lots of errands. But they did it and now, next time, it will take them twenty minutes and save some dollars. Way to go hubs.
2. The Husbands snowboard is so ruined. It's old and beyond repair but props to him for keeping it so many years and always repairing it himself. We both know he needs a new one but what to do with the old. A bench!! DUH! We are always lacking seating around these parts and we enjoy having friends over for bonfires. He did such a great job.
3. After working all day on projects, Kev was resting on the couch. Out of no where, he gets up and gets out the sewing machine and his old sleeping bag. We've talked about making it into a dog bed for months, ever since we saw a cute little doggie bed we wanted from RuffWear but cost a fortune. Well, Kev starting sewing and before I knew it, that old sleeping bag was a new dog bed.
I think we might go into business and will be taking orders. I am only joking for right now but it was fun, sewing that old bag and repurposing it. That's all I have but give us another week and surely we'll think of something.
