What are you doing with your wednesday? I am at home baking a fabulous Red Velvet Cake for a birthday. Coming across a good, delicious red velvet recipe is few and far between but I feel lucky to have the best recipe around and it's thanks to my second mom, Kim Hirschfeld. Never found a better recipe.
